Meritocrazia? Fondi alla sanità virtuosa? Manco per idea. Il federalismo fiscale, tanto decantato e sostenuto da molti amministratori e uomini politici del Nord, potrebbe tradursi in una colossale beffa. L'applicazione dei costi standard in Sanità, infatti, potrebbe tradursi in un taglio di circa 350 milioni di euro per le Regioni del Centro-Nord, e in un aumento dei fondi stanziati di 340 milioni per le Regioni del Sud. La Lombardia, per esempio, dovrebbe trovarsi a far quadrare i conti con 40 milioni in meno, mentre la Campania (responsabile di un sesto del disavanzo 2008 in Sanità) ne riceverebbe un centinaio un più.
Com'è possibile?
