Article 4, paragraph 10 of Presidential Decree 160/2010 has set in one hundred twenty days from the date of publication in the Official Journal of the Regulation, the period within which attest to the municipalities, as provided in Article 4 paragraph 2, of the Technical Annex, the existence of OSS on the part of its territory with the requirements of Article 38, paragraph 3, letter a) and a-bis) of Decree-Law and Article 2, paragraph 2 of this Regulation, provide the ministry for economic development and ensure publication of the list of OSS on the portal.
The Ministry for Development Economico ha pubblicato il modulo attraverso cui attestare il possesso dei requisiti in questione da parte degli Sportelli Unici per le Attività Produttive .
