As announced, on September 30, 2010 was published in the Official Gazette to DPR n.229 dated 7 September 2010, No 160 with which it is adopted Rules for the simplification and reorganization of the discipline on the one-stop shop for Productive Activities (OSS) . The Regulation repeals the former regulatory DPR 447 of 1998 , which will cease to have effect at two different times: 180 days for the so-called automated procedure, one year to the regular procedure (Article 12, paragraph 1). Ie March 28, 2011 in relation to Chapters I, II, III, V and VI of the Rules and the September 30, 2011 in relation to Chapter IV.
An explanatory note issued by the office of the Department of Legislative Simplification Statement issued on January 12 in response to the questions of the City of Camposampierese (Pd), clarifies the role played by the Chambers of Commerce in the subrogation function by municipalities, which concerns more than one raised.
